Welcome to Ginaify! Our goal is to design and create handmade jewelry & 3d prints with care that exceeds our customer's expectations in quality, value, and service.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original condition and packaging in which you received them—including any tags or protective wrapping.

  • Handmade / One‑of‑a‑Kind Item Note

    Each item is crafted by hand and is one‑of‑a‑kind so slight color, size, or variation differences are normal and not defects.

  • 3. Returns

    • Contact us first at [Ginaify22@gmail.com] to request a return. We will review eligibility within 3-4 business days.

    • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund.

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of acceptance.

    • If approved, we process a refund to your original payment method, typically within 7-10 business days after inspection. Processing by your bank or card issuer may take longer.

    • A restocking fee may apply—especially for returns due to buyer remorseto help cover material and processing costs.

    •  5. Exchanges

      • Exchanges are accepted only for the same item, and only if it’s available.

      • Initiate via email within the 14-day window; after approval, ship back the original item.

      • Customer covers return shipping, and we ship the new item at no additional item cost.

      • 6. Damaged or Defective Item

      • Inspect your order upon arrival. Report any damage, defects, or mis-ships within 24 hours, with photo documentation.

      • We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Please review this page periodically; continued use after updates indicates your acceptance of changes.

      • If your order was sent as a gift, refunds or credits will go to the original purchaser, unless an exchange is requested directly by the recipient.

      • We encourage you to read item descriptions carefully—returns due to misreading details may not be accepted.

      • In cases of disputes around quality or satisfaction, we may offer a coupon or partial refund as a goodwill gesture, rather than a full return.
